Acceptance & Scope of Agreement
By accessing any utility provided on ConvertArts.com—including the Recursive Zip to .TXT Extension Changer and Image Studio Pro—you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age and possess full legal authority to enter into these terms.
Ephemeral Processing & 15-Minute Auto-Erasure
You expressly acknowledge that ConvertArts.com is a temporary computation utility, not a permanent file storage or backup repository:
- Permanent Auto-Purge: Converted archives, image outputs, and download tokens are completely and irreversibly eradicated after 15 minutes.
- Zero Recovery Mechanism: Once erased, files cannot be recovered or reconstructed by our engineering staff. You are solely responsible for saving output downloads immediately.
User Content & Complete Intellectual Property Rights
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over all files and media uploaded to ConvertArts.com:
- ConvertArts.com claims zero ownership, copyright, or commercial rights to your content.
- You grant us a temporary, automated computational license strictly to perform the requested file conversion and deliver the output download.
Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct
To ensure service integrity and prevent abuse, you agree not to:
Upload decompression bombs, ransomware, webshells, or files engineered to exhaust server RAM or bypass security sandboxes.
Deploy flood scripts or IP proxy rotators designed to circumvent guest conversion limits or flood backend queues.
Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")
CONVERTARTS.COM AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF OUTPUT DATA.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall ConvertArts.com or developer Alok Dey be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, conversion corruption, server downtime, or unretrieved expired files.
